Be good or Sweeney Todd will get you!

I auditioned for an opera today, called Sweeney Todd.

Sweeney Todd, is based on a true story about a Barber (who's name wasn't Sweeney Todd) who would slit the throats of his customers, and his wife would make pies out of them, and they would sell these pies!!

Sweeney Todd, the name, is a mythological person, that was used to keep young children in line.. ie "You better be good or Sweeney Todd will get you"

So there you go! Now you know!

By the way, I auditioned for the part of Johanna, she doesn't do any killing, or baking, thank GOD!

Anyway, I'll tell you at the end of the week (next week) how it goes.
