OMG.

What a day!

Its that time of year... its called the silly season, they call it that for a reason.... All the morons come out.

Nearly every single phone call today was some irate customer demanding their windows and blaming us for the fact that they don't know how to organise a building site and have to pay their builders $35 an hour to sit on their arses.

Do I car? Do i have the words "Agony Aunt" tattooed to my forehead?

I think not.

Tell someone who cares. And the next person who calls me threatening to go to fair trading can kiss my arse.

you know what... the thing about customers, is they all think they are the only one. They think the world revolves around them. That when we come to work, all we think about is getting their job done. like hell.

Puh-lease.

We go to so much trouble to make sure the customer knows what they're getting, but it doesn't stop the idiots from ringing up saying

"I thought i was getting security screens on my doors"

"Er, no, you signed for flyscreens"

"but i wanted security screens"

"But you signed for flyscreens"

"did i?"

"*sob*.. yes."

"But i want security screens."

Trully.. my heart bleeds..

I mean shit! How dumb are you!

So at the moment, i'm practising my drinking skills!
